Welcome to InfiNet Solutions' Remote Help Desk download page. Below you will be able to download our remote client to help us assist you in troubleshooting any problems you may have.

Please call our offices at (402) 895-5777 and get connected with a technician before downloading the Help Desk Client, and then go through the following instructions.

  • Windows Computers:
    1. Download the Help Desk Client by clicking on the download button labeled “Windows OS”.  When prompted click on the “Run” button to proceed.
    2. If any security warnings appear, click on the “Run” button a second time.
    3. When you see the “InfiNet Help Desk” window with the six-digit number on it, read the number off to the technician so that he or she may use it to connect in.

  • Apple Computers:
    1. Download the Help Desk Client by clicking on the download button labeled “Mac OS”.  If you are using the Safari web browser the file will automatically download and open.
    2. On the “HelpDesk” window that appears, double-click on the “HelpDesk” icon.
    3. If any security warnings appear, click on the “Open” button.
    4. When you see the window appear with the six-digit number on it, read the number off to the technician so that he or she may use it to connect in.
